COVID - 19 UPDATE - East Calder Smile Center is Open with Restricted Hours

Hope you have been keeping well and safe during these unprecedented times. This is a quick update you with regards to the current situation for our patients. We have been informed by our Scottish Governing Body that dentistry will have a phased return to work. We are allowed to see patients face to face for dental care, to carry out a limited range of treatments.

When you call the practice regarding your dental treatment you will be screened over the phone by our reception staff to ensure you fit into the current safe COVID related criteria to attend the practice. We will be strictly following social distancing guidelines, latest infection control and decontamination guidelines, and other measures to reduce contact between patients and staff.

You will need to know the following points

• Only patients with an appointment should enter the practice. For anything else, please phone 01506 6881566, or email us on info@eastcaldersmilecentre.co.uk
• Before entering the practice, you will be required to wait in your car or outside the building. If you are unable to do so let reception know at the time of booking the appointment.
• Payments by contactless card preferred if possible.
• Attend the toilet prior to attending the practice for your appointment
• Use the alcohol hand gel on entering and leaving the practice.
• If you are at high risk or shielding mention to reception when booking the appointment.
